Found Liz to be knowledgeable and helpful with a pleasant personality. Since this was more of an exploratory visit, it was very easy and informative. We will certainly consider the Santa Fe product.

Worked with Jimmy. He was very helpful, not pushy, and worked hard to earn my business. He and Gabriel stayed late exploring financing options, and ultimately gave me the best price I could find for the vehicle in which I was interested. I also had a unique situation being from out of state, and they did much better than others to sort out the details of tax, registration, etc. Compared to several other dealerships I visited, Capital Hyundai was significantly more professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely buy from them again.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know what a fine TEAM you have at Capital Hyundai of Greensboro. I say the word TEAM because there is no ' I ' in the word TEAM. It takes everyone having a positive attitude, working hard in harmony with each other to take care of their customers. This is what makes your dealership so GREAT. I recently bought my 3rd Hyundai in October from you guys and I did so with absolute confidence that I was getting a great deal, and that your entire TEAM would have my back and take care of my families new car the same way they have taken care of our other two cars. That is why I choose Capital Hyundai of Greensboro. Steve Holt in Sales treated us like family. He was Kind, Non-Pushy and worked hard along side of us to make sure you got what we wanted at a fair negotiable price for the market. Johan Espinoza in Finance worked hard to get us the best rate and made sure that everything that was promised or committed to us stayed on course and explained and sold me on the benefits of the extended service plan. David Fuller in Service is awesome and does not hesitate or play games with repairs and is always quick to do everything they can. Great Service techs like Vince Ceccato are personable and make you feel like one of the family when they have your car. Dutch & Donna will give you a shuttle ride to where you need to go and some friendly conversation as well, if your wait is for an extended period of time due to warranty work, Jo France will hook you up with a loaner car. Then top all of this off with a cup of warm coffee and a fresh made cookie back at Service every time you have to head back to see them. So when I say the Capital Hyundai TEAM.... I truly mean the TEAM. It only takes one person with a negative and destructive attitude to ruin a wonderful experience that others work so hard to give. Also at a dealership you have to feel confident about the service and relationship they deliver in both the front and in the back. Thank you Capital Hyundai for being my TEAM for a dealership.
