I purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Palisade there in May 2025. I traded the vehicle in April 2026. I have called the finance department at this dealership multiple times leaving voicemails, because you can't speak to anyone there, the receptionist just transfers you to voicemail or you get a voice mail. I am trying to get my service agreement refunded to me. I have yet to receive a call back. I have dealt with Carolina Hyundai in the past and many other dealerships when I have traded vehicles to get my service agreements refunded and never gone unanswered as I have with this dealership. What does it take to get a response to my request from you all? You don't have email addresses? Thanks.

I dropped my car off last year for an ICCU failure, and the service team did a great job of completing the work within two weeks and also fighting Hyundai Corporate on my behalf. Today, I'm picking my car up from some regular maintenance. Nothing fancy, I just don't have the right tools yet. David and Lindsey did a great job of keeping me updated and getting a Lyft ride for me to get home.
